Frequently asked questions

Does my client need an account?

No. Anyone with the review link can open the PDF and submit a decision. Identity verification is not currently available.

How long are files stored?

Uploaded PDFs are configured for automatic deletion from storage after approximately 45 days. Download and keep your own copies before then.

Is this a legally binding e-signature?

No. ApproveStamp records review actions but does not verify the reviewer's identity or provide certified electronic signatures.

Can I subscribe to Basic or Pro now?

Not yet. Paid plans are displayed for preview while subscription payments and usage limits are being developed.
